On Monday, July 29, 2024, the Turner-Roberts Recreation Center buzzed with excitement as the community gathered for a memorable evening celebrating the Colony Park Sustainable Community. The free, family-friendly event was a great success, featuring activities, refreshments, and inspiring remarks from key leaders.
Notable speakers included John Lawler, Chief of Staff for D1 Council Member, City Manager TC Broadnax, Deputy CFO Kimberly Olivares, Catellus VP Sergio Negrete, and Colony Park Neighborhood Association President Barbara Scott. Their speeches highlighted the significant progress and bright future of the Colony Park initiative.
