Yes. In 2012, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) awarded the City of Austin a Community Challenge Planning Grant through the Sustainable Communities Initiative to develop a plan for the 208-acre City-owned property at the heart of the Colony Park, Lakeside, and Parker Station neighborhoods.
This vision was outlined in a master plan for the Colony Park Sustainable Community, and after additional community input, the community is now known simply as Colony Park.
Colony Park offers a variety of amenities, including parks, walking trails, and places to shop and dine. Residents and neighbors can enjoy recreational facilities and organized events throughout the year. Our goal is to create a vibrant community where everyone feels at home.
We are currently in the very early stages of development and will not have any information to share on homebuilders and pricing until approximately late 2026. You can keep up to date with Colony Park’s social media channels or through our e-newsletter.
